Who’s ready to celebrate our 60th winter season and carve some early turns? We are just days away from our earliest opening since 2017! To make sure you have the best experience possible, here’s what you can expect for opening weekend and how to prepare. Before you arrive, check out what’s new at Crystal this season as we continue to work on our expansion plan.
OPENING DAY FESTIVITIES
Skiing & riding isn’t all that’s happening this weekend. We are kicking off our 60th season with a celebration! Stop by Raven Hall from 11 am-12 pm to enjoy a photo booth with retro gear and pick up a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. After a few more laps, meet us in the base area at 2 pm for a group photo! Then, head on over to Rafters Smokehouse for an après party, live DJ, and 60% off appetizers from 2-4 pm. Plus, don’t miss out on the other fun surprises throughout the day honoring our 60th winter.
Thanks to the hard work of our snowmaking teams, Friday, November 18, we are opening Discovery, Quicksilver, and Chinook Express for season pass holders. The Mt. Rainier Gondola will also be open for scenic rides only; no equipment allowed. All season pass holders, including Ikon Pass and Crystal local passes, are welcome Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, while Saturday & Sunday will be open to Crystal Legend and Ikon Pass holders only from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Pass holder perk: Friends & Family tickets are now redeemable online! We will be open daily to the public starting November 21 with limited tickets available to purchase online for opening week. Paid parking and reservations will not be required until December 26th.
Craving a warm breakfast burrito or après margarita? This weekend, Fireside Cantina will be open through the Crystal app with mobile ordering only. Download the app to place your order from the chair lift, view real-time lift status, track your mountain stats with friends, and more! Other dining options this weekend include:
