Welcome to December! We are two weeks into the 22/23 season after an early opening that kicked off our 60th winter. We now have 11/11 lifts spinning, and 2,000 acres of open terrain. With a total season snowfall of 89 inches so far, skiing & riding conditions are prime for this time of year. While we know getting back out on the slopes is at the top of everyone’s list, December is jam-packed with a variety of festive family fun for skiers & non-skiers alike. Check out what’s happening at Crystal this month!
ATOMIC DEMO DAY
Friday, December 9th, join the team from Atomic for a free demo day! Atomic will have a booth in the base area set up from 8:30 am to 4 pm for guests to try out the newest 22/23 skis. Atomic has been designing and creating top-performance ski equipment for over 65 years. Stop by the booth and check out the newest offerings!
10 DAYS OF GIVING
We’re getting into the holiday spirit with 10 days of gift-giving from December 16th through 25th! Join us on the mountain for a chance to score gifts from our friends at Smith, GoPro, Stanley, The North Face, and more. Keep a close eye on our Instagram for updates on who, what, and where to find these prizes!
SKI WITH SANTA & MERRYMAKING ELVES
December 24th & 25th, see if you can spot Santa on the slopes accompanied by his Merrymaking Elves! Whether you ski, snowboard, or simply love the mountain air, Santa has a special treat just for you.
NEW YEARS BASH
Spending New Year’s Eve on the mountain? We are ringing in 2023 with a party! Join us in Rafters for live family-friendly music, a raffle, and contests from 6-9 pm. Then, warm up with hot cocoa before the fireworks show at 9 pm. Bring your glow sticks, warm layers, and a headlamp or flashlight. We’ll be finishing out the night from 9pm to midnight with a party for ages 21 and over in Rafters.
