Winter is in full swing, and Brand X Rentals & Demos is back in action; now located on the fourth level of Cascade Lodge. Whether you are looking to try out new gear, or are new to the mountain this season, there are some important things to know before you go to make your rental experience as smooth as possible. Read on to learn more!
RESERVE EQUIPMENT ONLINE
Since Brand X does not have a cashier on-mountain this year, all equipment must be reserved online in advance. If you are unable to reserve equipment prior to arrival, simply scan the QR code at the Brand X entrance to purchase your rentals. Reserving your equipment ahead of time will help you and your Rental Technician have a smoother experience and will get you on the slopes faster! We recommend reserving equipment 3-7 days in advance to ensure availability.
HAVE QR CONFIRMATION CODE READY
After reserving your equipment, you will receive a QR confirmation code in your email that Brand X will scan upon your arrival. Please note that the entrance to Brand X is located through the double doors facing Gold Hills and Raven Hall. You will exit through the doors that lead to the Sundeck and Fireside Cantina. A Rental Technician will scan your QR code and will instantly be able to see your reservation details and help get you set up for success. If you did not receive a QR code, a rental technician can look you up by name. You can print your Lift ticket at one of the new ticket PUBS located just inside the lodge entrance (next to elevator).
GEAR UP WITH A BRAND X TECHNICIAN
Once you’ve checked in with your QR code, a Brand X technician will start gearing you up for a day on the slopes. With expert advice and the right equipment, you’ll be carving and shredding with confidence all day long.
HIT THE SLOPES
Whether you’re taking out a pair of new demo powder skis or a rental board to hit the terrain park, Brand X has it all.
RETURN EQUIPMENT
After your day of shredding, all rental and demo equipment must be returned by the end of the day. We ask you to return through the same door you exited in the morning. For more information on rentals please visit our equipment webpage.
