Whether you’re a Ski Patroller catching the sunrise from the summit, a Snowcat Operator on the open slopes, or a Road Crew member plowing the lots under star-lit mornings, working at Crystal Mountain transports you to another world.
You never know what you’ll find here in the mountains. New adventures, new friends, newfound passion for what you call “work”. One of our crew members, Jennifer, has been here for almost 20 years; starting as a Lift Operator, then working as a Ski Patroller, and now serving as our Lead Electrician. The possibilities are endless – and the fun doesn’t stop when winter moves on. When the snow melts away, the wildflowers bloom, and hiking trails abound. You can live as a mountain dweller well into the summer; but instead of midday shreds, it’s an after-work trail run, a paddleboard session at a surrounding alpine lake, or a ride up the scenic Gondola for a view of Mt. Rainier at her finest. Whatever the season, it’s always an adventure!
